Hannah Z.

Hannah Z. is a dedicated science educator currently teaching at Medford Public Schools since August 2023. With a strong background in marine biology and ecological studies, Hannah Z. served as an Ocean Acidification Research Technician at Downeast Institute and gained teaching experience as a Biology Teaching Assistant at Bowdoin College. Additional roles include academic mentoring and summer teaching positions at The Girls' Middle School, where Hannah Z. developed curricula focusing on marine biology and supported students impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Early experiences include internships in conservation and animal care, reinforcing a commitment to education and environmental stewardship.
