Andy Smythe

Andy Smythe is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and agribusiness sectors, currently serving as the National Sales Manager at Medgene Labs since February 2022. Prior to this role, Andy held several positions at APTIMMUNE BIOLOGICS, INC., including Technical Sales & Marketing Director and Key Account Manager from April 2017 to February 2022. Andy's extensive background in key account management also includes roles at Elanco and Novartis, where significant contributions were made to sales strategies. Entrepreneurship was pursued with ownership of ACSolutions in both the agribusiness consultancy and insurance sectors. Earlier career experiences include leadership as CEO of Coastal Plains Pork LLC & Habit 4 Farms LLC and various roles at PIC USA and Smithfield-Carroll's Foods. Academic credentials include a BS in Animal Science from West Virginia University and a Business Certification Program from Belmont University.
