Jayasankar Mj

Jayasankar MJ is an experienced bioinformatics professional currently serving as an Associate Bioinformatics Manager and previously as a Senior Bioinformatics Analyst at MEDGENOME since February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Bioinformatics Analyst at AgriGenome Labs Pvt Ltd from April 2016 to January 2022, and as a Bioinformatics Programmer at SciGenom Labs from April 2015 to April 2016. Jayasankar began the career as a Project Intern at the Institute of Bioinformatics in early 2014, contributing to the development of a comprehensive manually curated network map of the Platelet Activating Factor (PAF) signaling pathway. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology from Amrita School of Biotechnology (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the same institution (2009-2012).
