Iyas Orabi

Iyas Orabi is a seasoned professional in human resources management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Manager at MedGlobal since February 2023, Iyas collaborates with the Director of Finance & Operations to develop HR policies and strategies for field teams. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Sened, where oversight of employee relations and compensation was pivotal, and Quality and Compliance Manager at Watan, focusing on compliance with donor regulations. Previous experience spans leadership roles at alfanar, SFA Electric, and as a recruitment specialist at alfanar Co., complemented by foundational roles in customer service and debt collection at Syriatel. Iyas holds a Master’s Degree in Linguistics and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Damascus University.
