Rob Hendriks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and governance within the insurance sector. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and independent member of the Board Remuneration and Nomination Committee at MEDGULF Saudi Arabia since August 2022, Rob has held prominent leadership roles at organizations such as wefox as Head of People International, and served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Previous positions include Regional Human Resources Business Partner at QBE Insurance and various roles at ING, including Global Head HR Corporate Finance & Risk.
