Carlie Ward

Carlie Ward is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the General Manager of NDIS People & Culture at MedHealth since March 2017. Prior to this role, Carlie held the position of Divisional HR Manager at the same company and served as a Senior HR Consultant for Victoria and Tasmania at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service from August 2011 to March 2017. Starting a career as the People & Culture Manager at RUN Property from January 2007 to April 2009 laid the foundation for expertise in HR. Carlie holds a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma in HR, along with a recent degree in Strategic Change Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
