Elke Gjergja

Elke Gjergja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate services and organizational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Services at MedHealth Group since September 2018, Elke leads various functions, including Human Resources and Marketing Communications. In addition to this role, Elke has been the General Manager of Organisational Excellence at Work Health Group since August 2016, focusing on performance excellence and quality compliance. Previous positions include General Manager of Corporate Services at IPAR, where responsibilities included managing multiple corporate functions and overseeing strategic project management. Additionally, Elke held the role of General Manager for the Restore Division at ResolutionsRTK and served as General Manager at Worklife Donnelly Ayres. With educational qualifications that include an MBA from The University of Queensland and a Master of Psychology from Monash University, Elke has built a solid foundation in both business administration and psychology.
