Gillian Forbes is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Divisional Talent Acquisition Manager for MedHealth's Rehabilitation & Return to Work division since January 2021. In this role, Gillian leads and coordinates the talent acquisition efforts, overseeing a team that supports multiple organizations including IPAR and Ability Action Australia. Prior to this position, Gillian worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IPAR, contributing to employment services for over 25,000 Australians. Gillian also held the position of Branch Manager at Business Australia from July 2016 to July 2020 and previously served as the Managing Director and Founder of Pace Personnel, a boutique recruitment agency established in 1995. Gillian holds a Diploma of Leadership and Management obtained in 2019.
