Currently serving as a Process Improvement Specialist at MedHealth, Jenny is involved in mapping and diagnosing the "order to cash" process for multiple business units. As a Trainer at Lean Methods Institute, Jenny applies lean and six sigma methodologies to real-world business challenges, enhancing the learning experience for participants. Additionally, as a co-founder of Creative Kanbans, Jenny designs task boards to promote personal productivity. Past roles include consulting for Lort Smith, Baptcare, and Tennis Australia, where Jenny focused on implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery. With educational qualifications from the University of Melbourne and various certifications in agile methodologies, Jenny continues to contribute to process optimization and business planning across different sectors.
