Rita Rickard is a Chartered MCIPD and MAHRI with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Program Manager at MedHealth since September 2021, where responsibilities include project management and strengthening People & Culture practices. Previous roles include Manager of Workforce Services at NSW Health, where strategic direction and leadership in employment relations were key, and Human Resource Business Partner at NHS, providing HR advice across multiple directorates. Rita has also held various HR management roles, including with Hightown, Radian Group Ltd, Youth Off The Streets, The Hills Shire Council, The Salvation Army, Ashland, Inc., and Cerebral Palsy Alliance. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Education from Deakin University and a Business degree in Human Resource & Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University.
