Pallavi Shukla

Pallavi Shukla currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Learning Development at Medi Assist since August 2023. Prior to this role, Pallavi worked as a Delivery Excellence Coach at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from April 2022 to June 2023 and as a Communication Trainer at Tech Mahindra from January 2021 to April 2022. Additional experience includes a position as a Senior Process Executive at Google Operations Center from March 2018 to October 2020, as well as serving as Assistant Manager of HR at LEGALMD Global Consulting Services Private Limited in 2017 and Corporate Trainer at Appco Group Asia in 2016. Pallavi holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Amity University Lucknow (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the same institution (2011-2014).
