Curtis J. Mello, MD, MPH, MBA has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Curtis J. is currently working as a Physician at Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Associates since August 2019. In addition, they serve as the Medical Director for Medi-Weightloss® since December 2019.

Prior to these roles, Dr. Mello was the CEO of Infinity Medical Research Inc since May 2004. From June 2014 to August 2019, they worked as a Physician at Southcoast Health. Before that, they held the positions of President & CEO and Physician at New Bedford Medical Assoc from May 2009 to May 2014 and from June 2002 to May 2014, respectively.

Dr. Mello began their career as a Physician at Metacom Medical Ctr from June 1995 to May 2002.

Dr. Curtis J. Mello completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1978 to 1982. Curtis J. then pursued a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) in Environmental Health at Boston University from 1982 to 1984. Following this, they attended the UMass Chan Medical School from 1984 to 1989, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. Finally, from 2014 to 2016, Dr. Mello obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
