Melissa Hobbs

Melissa Hobbs has a diverse work experience in the field of corporate communications, brand management, and marketing. Melissa began their career as a Marketing Assistant at CONCORD GmbH in 2000 and worked there for six years. Following this, they joined Kiddy GmbH as a Public Relations Communications Manager in 2006. In 2008, Melissa became a Projektmanager at Schleicher Design. Melissa then moved on to medi GmbH & Co. KG in 2011, starting as a Copy Writer / Werbetexterin and later taking on the role of Team Lead Text & PR Medical. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of Corporate Communications Medical & Company Spokesperson and currently holds the position of Head of Corporate Communication & Brand, Company Spokesperson.

Melissa Hobbs has a diverse educational background in the field of communications and public relations. Melissa completed a Digital Strategist program at Deutsche Akademie für Public Relations GmbH (DAPR) in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom Kommunikationswirtin (BAW) degree from Bayerische Akademie für Werbung und Marketing (BAW) in 2005. Additionally, Melissa graduated as a Staatlich geprüfte Fremdsprachenkorrespondentin from multi lingua Berufsfachschule für Fremdsprachenberufe Bayreuth in 2000. Melissa also holds certifications in Change Prozess, Führungs- und Veränderungskommunikation from SCM / Dr. Guido Wolf, Konzeption & Implementierung Corporate Language from REINSCLASSEN GmbH & Co. KG, and Storytelling in der Unternehmenskommunikation from SCM / Prof. Dr. Michael Müller.
