Melanie Hess

Melanie Hess is an accomplished Lead Digital Asset Manager at TBWA\Media Arts Lab since June 2016, where responsibilities include the selection and management of digital asset management systems, development processes, and metadata implementation. Prior to this role, Melanie served as Program Manager and Digital Asset Manager at Nu Skin Enterprises, overseeing an extensive database of over 500,000 assets while managing various marketing projects and digital experiences. Earlier experience includes roles at XANGO as Marketing Archivist/Project Manager, where an archive of over 300,000 images was created, and at Nu Skin Enterprises as Digital Asset Specialist and Assistant Archivist, focusing on the implementation of database systems and digitization of photography. Melanie holds a BA in Theatre Arts - Stage Management from Brigham Young University.
