Charlotte Hill

Charlotte Hill, ACEA has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Charlotte started their career at Comet as an Inventory Team Leader, where they worked from 2005 to 2011. Following that, they joined CHANEL as a Materials & Inventory Manager on a contract basis from October 2011 to February 2012. Charlotte then worked at Novartis Consumer Health in a Distribution role from March 2012 to May 2014. Charlotte then transitioned to KCD, where they served as a Finance Assistant and Office Manager on a contract basis from July 2014 to February 2015. In 2015, they joined Smartodds as an Office Manager until November 2016. After that, Charlotte joined Media Business Insight and held the position of Executive Assistant Office Manager from December 2016 to November 2021. Currently, they occupy the role of Head of Talent, Diversity, and Inclusion at Media Business Insight as of November 2021.

Charlotte Hill, ACEA, completed their education at Coulsdon College from 2001 to 2003, where they earned NVQ 2 & 3 degrees in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended The Archbishop Lanfranc School from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained their GCSEs. In 2019, they obtained the ACEA certification from BMTG (UK) Ltd.
