Ini Ikpot MA has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as Programming Director at 88.3 WSBU-FM in 2015. In 2016, they took on the role of Account Planner at the American Advertising Federation and Marketing Intern at the Rochester City Ballet. In 2017, they graduated from Saint Bonaventure University with an MA in Integrated Marketing Communications and worked as a Social Media Strategist at Fusion Advertising Inc. In 2018, they were an Intern in Data and Analytics at Screenvision Media.
