Radka Benešová has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and communications. Radka worked as a Key Account Manager at MEDIA Central Gesellschaft für Handelskommunikation und Marketing mbH from October 2013 to the present. In this role, they provided media consultancy and distributed leaflets to various European countries, including the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, and 17 others. Radka also offered geomarketing services, utilizing innovative geographic information systems, for visualization of distribution structures and live analysis of household and purchasing data. Radka was responsible for quality management, overseeing and controlling distribution, managing complaints, and evaluating distribution.

Radka Benešová completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Textilní marketing at the Technical University of Liberec from the year 2000 to 2005. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they attended VŠH and obtained their Ing. degree in Marketingová komunikace.
