Younes Outeha

Younes Outeha has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Younes began their career in the government sector as a Senior Administrator Coordinator, where they managed and supervised administration activities and provided support to the Human Resources Department. Younes then worked as a hotel employee, providing customer service and support at Lindner Hotels & Resorts.

In 2020, Younes transitioned to the field of web development, working as a Full stack Web developer at Active IT Recruitment. Here, they conceptualized, developed, and created a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution from scratch, using technologies such as MongoDB, Express, ReactJS, and NodeJS.

Younes also gained teaching experience as a Tutor and Ambassador for Web Development at DCI Digital Career Institute GmbH. Younes assisted other participants in their learning process, helping them solve problems independently and providing general understanding of the learning process.

In 2021, Younes worked as a Software Developer at ReDefine, where they built CRM cloud-based web applications using the .NET (Core) framework and ASP.
