Adam Portelli

Deputy Chief Executive; Director, Victoria & Tasmania at MEAA

Adam Portelli has a diverse background, starting as a Bachelor of Arts student at The Australian National University in 1996. Adam transitioned into law, obtaining their Bachelor of Laws degree from the same university in 1997. Adam then worked as a Departmental Liaison Officer at the Office of the Minister for Industrial Relations before becoming a Lawyer at Galbally & O'Bryan. Adam later took on various roles at the National Union of Workers, eventually serving as the National Industrial Officer. Currently, Adam holds the position of Deputy Chief Executive at MEAA, where Adam also serves as the Director of Media and Regional Director for Victoria and Tasmania. Additionally, Adam is currently pursuing the Harvard Trade Union Program at Harvard University.
