Paula Johnson-Doig

Paula Johnson-Doig is currently the Operations Manager at Media Forty Two, after previously holding the role of Senior Recruitment Manager at Focus Search & Selection. Prior to their recruitment positions, Paula worked at John Lewis & Partners for over 20 years, starting as a Selling & Product Specialist/Trainer and advancing to a managerial role. Paula is a highly experienced professional in matchmaking top clients with exceptional talent. Paula holds A Levels in Physics, Chemistry, Art, Psychology, and Maths from Oakham School/Sixth Form College, as well as an NVQ Level 3 in Retail/Customer Service from John Lewis. Paula also completed their GCSEs in various subjects at Casterton Community College and is currently pursuing further education at The Open University.
