Henry's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Coventry University, various certificates in Fiber Optics Technology and Network and Information Security from the Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in African Studies from the University of Cape Coast.
