Since January 2018, Lois has served as the Head of Channel for 3fm 92.7 and Group Head of Programming at Media General Ghana, collaborating with Station Heads to plan and execute programming strategies. In addition to this, Lois is the Director at Redpear Ltd, focusing on marketing conferences and digital products in the banking and insurance sectors. Previous roles include International Acquisitions Manager at Media General Limited, where Lois successfully negotiated foreign content deals, and various Channel Coordinator positions at Multimedia Group Limited, achieving significant audience growth and content innovation. Lois also has experience in regional management for broadcasting in West Africa, alongside a foundation in publishing as a Book Editor at Afram Publications Ghana Limited.
