Brad Frederick began their career in 1985 as a Program Manager and Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems. In 1995, they moved to Internet & New Media Technology Services, where they served as Program Manager for GM World Wide Web. In 1996, they founded and became CEO of Media Genesis, Inc., a company that provides web development, e-learning, search engine optimization, application development, audio/video services, intranet software, content management systems, and marketing/communications services to hundreds of companies and nonprofit organizations nationwide and across the globe.
Brad Frederick completed their undergraduate studies at Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University) from 1980 to 1982. Brad then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas from 1982 to 1985.
