Miriam Zand has a diverse range of work experience. Miriam started their career as an Editorial Intern at Röhm Typofactory Marketing GmbH Sindelfinger & Böblinger Zeitung Redaktion in 2013. Miriam then worked as a Film Production Assistant at Hessischer Rundfunk in 2014 and as an Assistant of the ARD Foreign Correspondent in Poland & Ukraine at ARD-Auslandsstudio Warschau in the same year.

KG in 2017 as an International Sales Assistant, where they managed clients and digital/print/TV campaigns for Axel Springer Media France. Miriam also handled office management and human resources tasks.
At Media Impact GmbH & Co. KG, Miriam progressed to the role of Sales Executive in 2018 and then became a Senior Sales Executive in 2019. Miriam had a strong focus on digital advertising sales and programmatic. In 2020, they became a Sales Manager & Programmatic Lead International and later a Senior Sales Manager & Programmatic Lead International. Currently, they serve as the Head of Sales UK (Key Accounts & Agencies) at Media Impact GmbH & Co. KG. Additionally, in 2023, Miriam also joined Axel Springer as the Head of Sales UK (Key Accounts & Agencies).
Miriam Zand's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled in Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. Miriam completed their Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & media sciences and economics in 2016. During their time at university, in 2014, they also obtained a Certificat de Perfectionnement en langue-culture françaises from Université Paris Nanterre.
In 2016, Miriam Zand obtained two additional certifications: TOEIC with a score of 955/990 from TOEIC® Program and TOEFL with a score of 107/120 from The TOEFL® test.
After completing their bachelor's degree, Miriam Zand pursued further studies and from 2016 to 2019, they attended two institutions simultaneously. Miriam completed their Master of Arts in Management Franco-Allemand (double degree) from Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences in 2019. Alongside, they also earned another Master of Arts in Management Franco-Allemand (double degree) from IAE Metz School of Management during the same period.
