Peter Dean

Peter Dean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and revenue operations. Serving as the Director of ABM & RevOps at Media Logic since September 2025, Peter focuses on helping B2B companies create scalable revenue systems. Prior to this role, Peter founded and led RenderTribe, an ABM and RevOps agency, from September 2009 to September 2025, where the emphasis was on transforming marketing into a revenue-generating engine. Peter's career includes founding Upside Over Inc., co-founding Athletic Dynamics, and holding key positions at DHL and FedEx, where significant contributions to logistics and sales development were made. Peter holds a BA in Psychology and Finance from Siena University, where educational roles as Entrepreneur in Residence and Adjunct Faculty Member were also undertaken.
