Theodora Serban has held several roles throughout their work experience. Theodora started their career at Webhelp in 2011, where they worked as a Social Media & E-Reputation Specialist, analyzing online consumer opinions, monitoring the impact of brand actions, interpreting data, and writing reputation reports for well-known companies. Theodora also worked as a Customer Advisor during their time at Webhelp. In 2017, Theodora started their own business as a Business Owner. Theodora later joined Media Matters International as a Media Analyst, before transitioning to the role of an Account Manager in October 2018.
Theodora Serban has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in general business with a focus on the French language, from the Academia de Studii Economice din Bucureşti.
