Charles Lartey

Charles Lartey has diverse work experience in various industries. Charles started their career as a Sales Representative at Voltic Ghana Limited in 2010. In 2011, they joined Vodafone Ghana as a Team Lead in the Mobile Solutions department. After 5 years, they resigned to focus on raising the teaching standard of their family's school. Charles then joined Call Centre Managers as a Manager, where they were responsible for partner management, customer relationships, and resolving operational difficulties. In 2019, they transitioned to Vodafone as a Sales and Call Centre Operations Manager, overseeing sales and call center operations. In 2022, they joined Media Matters Worldwide as a Media Matters professional. Currently, they work for Veeva Systems Inc. as a Data Steward. Charles Lartey is experienced in operations, sales, call center management, and data stewardship.

Charles Lartey has a diverse education history. In 2003, they attended Studienkolleg Münster in Germany and earned a College Certificate in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. Charles continued their studies at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster | WWU Weiterbildung gGmbH from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Vordiplom in Chemistry. In 2007, they enrolled at the University of Cape Coast, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2011. Recently, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at the University of Ghana.
