Katie Reisman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Katie began their career as a Research Assistant for Professor Thomas Naylor in 2008, where they conducted research on black markets and underground economies. In 2009, they joined Velti as a Sales Analyst, where they were responsible for mobile media planning and buying, optimizing campaign performance, and maintaining relationships with publishers. Katie then worked at RadiumOne Inc. as a Strategic Mobile Planner from 2012 to 2013. At Essence, they held two positions: Digital Buyer/Planner from 2013 to 2014, and Mobile Media Supervisor from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Katie took a break to travel the world before joining Media Matters SF LA as a Digital Media Consultant in 2016. Currently, they are an Associate Marketing Manager at Gap Inc., focusing on media and digital innovation for Old Navy.

Katie Reisman attended McGill University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French.
