Valencia Herliani Tanoesoedibjo

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1993. Valencia Tanoesoedibjo has served as Director of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk since August 31, 2021, as decided in the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in Deed No. 88 dated August 31, 2021.

She became the Founder and CEO of The F Thing (the first e-commerce in the Group), with a focus on fashion, beauty, and lifestyle (2017-present).

Currently, she serves as the Director of PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (formerly PT MNC Studios International Tbk) (MSIN) (2018-present), Managing Director of GTV and Co-Managing Director of RCTI+ (2019-present), Director of MMIL, MNC E-commerce Limited, the parent company of The F Thing, Mister Aladin, and MNC Shop (2021-present).

She earned Master's degree in communications from the University of Technology Sydney, in 2014.
