Joe Kaufman

Joe Kaufman has a wealth of experience in the digital advertising and recruitment industries. Joe began their career in 2008 as an Executive Recruiter for AC Lion. In 2010, they moved to Three Pillars Recruiting as a Senior Executive Recruiter. In 2011, they joined Undertone as Talent Acquisition Manager, where they helped deliver quality display and video experiences for advertisers and publishers. In 2012, they founded Media Staffing and served as its CEO. In 2020, they co-founded Ops Shop Inc., an on-demand service that allows agencies and brands to bring on immediate resources for their advertising needs.

Joe Kaufman attended Queens College from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a field of study in Business and Psychology.
