Michelle Guglielmelli

Michelle Guglielmelli has over 30 years of work experience, with a focus on talent management and human resources. Michelle most recently served as Chief Talent Officer at Media Storm, where they partnered with the executive team to drive talent strategies and recruitment policies. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at MEC, including Managing Partner and Senior Partner in Human Resources and Talent Management. Guglielmelli also has experience in the entertainment industry, having worked at New Line Cinema as SVP of Human Resources and at Travel Bound as HR Director. Michelle began their career as Corporate Paralegal Coordinator at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.

Michelle Guglielmelli obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from St. John's University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, attending from 1992 to 1995.
