Josie Ballard

Josie Ballard has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Josie is currently working as a Sales Director at Media Zoo, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, from February 2021 to July 2022, they worked as a Global Client Partner at the same company.

Before joining Media Zoo, Josie worked at QA Ltd from June 2020 to February 2021 as a Client Partner. Josie then transitioned to the role of Client Relationship Director for Financial Services from April 2018 to May 2020. At QA Ltd, they were responsible for delivering business critical programs, driving growth, and providing thought leadership in the financial services sector.

Josie also gained experience at Blue Sky Performance Improvement as a Client Relationship Manager from January 2018 to April 2018, and as a Business Development Manager from November 2015 to December 2017. In these roles, they focused on improving business performance and delivering behavior change programs.

In their earlier career, Josie held several positions at Chiltern Training Ltd, including Senior Business Development & Account Manager from August 2015 to November 2015, Business Development Manager from October 2013 to July 2015, Business Development Team Leader from May 2011 to September 2013, and Business Development Officer from January 2010 to April 2011. Josie also worked as a GIS Data Analyst at the Rural Payments Agency from September 2009 to January 2010, and as a Wine Sales Advisor at Direct Wines from June 2008 to June 2009.

Josie Ballard attended the University of Plymouth from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography.
