Almari Wessels

Almari Wessels is an investigative journalist with extensive experience in the media industry, currently holding a position at Media24 (Pty) Ltd since July 2017. Wessels served as the news editor for Huisgenoot and was previously the editor of My24, Media24's internal publication. Prior roles include journalist at Huisgenoot, specializing in investigative reporting, and sports editor/general reporter at Media24/Eikestadnuus. Wessels holds a PGDip in Business Administration and Management from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town, as well as a BPhil in Journalism and a BA cum laude in Theatre Science, Afrikaans Dutch, Xhosa, and Psychology from Stellenbosch University.
