Lara Sweet

Lara Sweet is an experienced board member and executive in the finance and accounting sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member on the Audit and Compensation Committees of Entravision since October 2023 and as the Audit Committee Chair and Compensation Committee member at MediaAlpha since November 2020, Lara has a strong background in financial oversight. Previous roles include Chief People Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and VP Controller at Snap Inc. from June 2016 to June 2021, and Controller & Chief Accounting Officer at AOL from December 2009 to June 2016. Lara has also held senior positions at Freddie Mac, Independence Air, Marriott International, and Beers & Cutler. Lara Sweet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
