Joanne Bella

Joanne Bella has extensive experience in management training and auditing, having worked at Mediacom Communications since 2005. As the Manager of Management Training and Development, Joanne specializes in creating and facilitating training programs focused on HR and soft skills for both leadership and frontline employees. In previous roles, Joanne successfully led internal audits across 23 states, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley regulations and operational controls. Joanne's career also includes experience as a Senior Internal Auditor, where auditing financial and operational functions was key, and as an Accounts Payable Clerk, managing invoice processing. Prior professional experience includes serving as Office Manager at New Windsor Auction Gallery and as an Accounting/Personnel Clerk at the Town of New Windsor. Joanne holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Wilma Boyd School.
