Matthew Dorwart

Matthew Dorwart has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Matthew began their career in 1998, serving in the National Guard in a logistics role until 2012. Matthew then worked as a Membership Assistant II at Farm Bureau Financial Services from 2012 to 2013, where they processed insurance dues and ensured compliance with insurance regulations. From 2013 to 2014, they served as an Inventory Control Supervisor at HP. Following this, they joined USAgain as a Division Manager from 2014 to 2017. Most recently, they have been working at Mediacom Communications, starting as a Regional Warehouse Manager from 2017 to 2018. Matthew then served as a Senior Regional Manager from 2018 to 2019, overseeing warehouse operations in multiple states and managing a significant inventory. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Warehouse Operations at Mediacom Communications, where they are responsible for implementing TQM in the company's warehouses and directly overseeing the design and operation of two national warehouses in Iowa and Georgia.

Matthew Dorwart received their High School Diploma from Urbandale High School in 1997. Matthew then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management with a focus on logistics and global transport at Southern New Hampshire University from 2019 to 2021.
