Sheila Hall has a wide range of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Sheila started their career at Time Warner Cable in 1985 as a Customer Service Representative and later worked as a Credit & Collections Clerk and Supervisor. From 1992 to 2003, they held various roles including Credit & Collection Manager and Director of Business Operations, where they managed multiple departments and oversaw cable system acquisitions. In 2003, they became Vice President of Operations, responsible for strategic planning and operational management of several departments. From 2007 to 2012, they served as Director of Field Support at Time Warner Cable, overseeing operational management and budgeting. Most recently, they worked at Mediacom Communications as Senior Director of Field Support and later as VP of Technical Operations.
Sheila Hall attended Austin Community College from 1994 to 1995, where they studied Business Management.
