Bram De Ruyck's work experience includes being the Head of Data Science & AI at Mediahuis nv since March 2023, where they previously served as the Team Lead Data Science from March 2020 to February 2023. Bram also worked as a Visiting Professor at Erasmushogeschool Brussel from September 2019 to August 2021. Additionally, Bram worked as a Data Strategist at element61 from January 2019 to March 2020 and as a Business Consultant - big data at NGDATA from May 2017 to December 2018. Bram was also the President of FLYSE, a student organization, from September 2013 to August 2015, and engaged in an entrepreneurial project as a Student-Entrepreneur at Coptervisie, building unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with a camera for real estate promotion. Furthermore, Bram was a Member of the general board at IAESTE from 2011 to 2014.

Bram De Ruyck has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Management and Operations Research from Ghent University. Bram also holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Computer Science Engineering from Ghent University. In addition, they pursued Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Finance at KU Leuven from 2018 to 2019.
