Koen Verwee has been instrumental in the digital transformation and innovation of the publishing activities of De Persgroep in Belgium. Koen has also been responsible for delivering the financial and non-financial results of the news brands and the magazine brands of De Persgroep in Belgium. In their role as Vice President Marketing and Products of UPC Schweiz GmbH, they were responsible for product management, marketing and sales activities. As Vice President Market Development of Telenet, they were responsible for developing and executing Telenet’s market development strategy. In their role as Product Marketing Director of Telenet, they were responsible for developing and executing Telenet’s product marketing strategy.
Koen Verwee has a bachelor's degree in commercial engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Brussel, a field in latin-math from Sint Jozefscollege Aalst, and a degree in international and European law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Koen also has an executive education from The Wharton School.
