Tonia Maria Michaely has extensive experience in the field of customer experience, leadership, digital strategy, and innovation. Tonia Maria began their career in 2008 as a Bachelor Abschlussprojekt at Kassenzahnärztliche Vereinigung Berlin. In 2009, they worked as a Liaison Officer at the Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) Germany. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Research Fellow at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Doctoral Candidate at BMW Group. In 2012, they worked as Digital content, programming and production at ProSiebenSat.1 Digital GmbH. From 2015 to 2019, they were Manager Digital Ventures & Innovation at Deloitte Digital. During this time, they were also a Consultant & Coach at Munich Leadership Group and NGO Support: Identity Valley at IDENTITY Valley. In 2020, they were a Venture Building - Lead Coach at DB Intrapreneurs, and in 2022 they became the Head Of Customer Experience at mediaire.
Tonia Maria Michaely has a diverse educational background. In 2010, they obtained a Master of Science in Consumer Science from the Technical University of Munich. Tonia Maria then attended the Universität der Künste Berlin from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Gesellschafts- und Wirtschaftskommunikation.
