Jai Dulani is an experienced professional in education, research, and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Research Specialist and National Political Education Manager at MediaJustice since December 2020. In this role, Jai leads initiatives to cultivate the leadership of future media and digital justice activists. Previous positions include Consultant at Dulani Consulting LLC, Writing Consultant at Columbia University, English Instructor at Western Washington University, and Director of Institutional Giving at RACE FORWARD, among others. Jai's educational background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Western Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Art for Social Change from Oberlin College. Throughout a diverse career, Jai has focused on curriculum design, grant writing, and educational development, with a commitment to advancing anti-oppressive practices within educational frameworks.
