Daniel Vlasin-Morariu

Daniel Vlasin-Morariu has over 18 years of professional experience in the software engineering and development industry. In 2017, they began working as an Application Developer for MediaLab, Inc. From 2012 to 2017, they worked for PeopleMatter (acquired by Snagajob) as a Software Engineer and Quality Assurance Analyst. In their role as Software Engineer, they were part of a Scrum team responsible for a variety of features in the PeopleMatter product. As Quality Assurance Analyst, they built an automation framework for PeopleMatter's iOS/Android native apps and a mock-server using the WEBrick Ruby library. From 2005 to 2012, Daniel was the Owner of AD Logistics, LLC, a transportation business operating in 48 US contiguous states and Canada. From 2001 to 2005, they worked for SoftVision as a Software Engineer and Test Engineer. In their role as Software Engineer, they contracted work for Pumatech/Intellisync on synchronization software between Personal Information Managers and Personal Digital Assistants. As a Test Engineer, they were part of the team responsible for assuring the stability and quality of the final released products.

Daniel Vlasin-Morariu obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca between 1997 and 2002. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Universitatea “Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca between 1992 and 1996. Additionally, they hold a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
