Ian Hutson

Ian Hutson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ian started their career as a Consultant at Scheduling Institute from August 2013 to May 2014. Ian then worked as a Data Analyst at Porsche Cars North America from May 2014 to January 2015. In 2015, they held roles as a Temporary Office Assistant at Hays from January to June, a Bartender at Pinnacle People Australia from August to November, and a Traveler doing backpacking from January 2015 to January 2016.

From December 2016 to May 2017, Ian worked as a Leasing Specialist at Uber. Ian then joined Nappy Boy Entertainment as a Technical Assistant from August 2018 to March 2020.

Ian's software development career started at Paya, where they worked as a Software Developer In Test from October 2021 to April 2022. Ian then joined Bakkt as an SDET III from May 2022 to April 2023. Currently, they are employed at MediaLab as a Software QA Engineer since April 2023.

Ian Hutson attended the Flatiron School from 2020 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Full Stack Web Development with a focus on Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Georgia Southern University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics.
