Rory Huschka has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. From 1995 to 2001, they were the Plasma Center Manager at Community Bio Resources, where they managed all aspects of operations for a blood plasma collection facility. From 2001 to 2004, they were the Chemistry and Hematology Technical Supervisor at Hennepin County Medical Center, supervising technical areas and managing a staff of about 30. From 2002 to 2014, they were an Instructor/Professor at Argosy University, designing curriculum and teaching several laboratory disciplines. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Seminar Leader and Program Leader at Landmark. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Assistant Director of Education and Program Director for Medical Lab Sciences at Brookline College. From 2018 to present, they have been the Program Director at MediaLab, Inc., where they write, reviews, and edits training materials and continuing education courses for Medical Laboratory Professionals.
Rory Huschka obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology and Spanish from North Dakota State University between 1988 and 1993. Rory then obtained a Masters degree in Education from Argosy University Twin Cities between 2007 and 2010. Rory also obtained a Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University. Additionally, they obtained certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (MT).
