Catherine Falla

Catherine Falla has extensive experience in various roles related to HR and recruitment. Catherine is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at Medialab Group, where they are responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, retention, and compliance, among other duties. Prior to this, they worked at Bloom UK as a Member and Mentor. Catherine also served as an HR Business Partner at iCrossing UK, where they focused on diversity and flexible working initiatives. Catherine has a strong background in recruitment, having worked as the Director of Talent & Projects at GREY London and as a Recruitment Manager at Candi London. Catherine also gained experience in internal recruitment at Engine and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Propel London. Earlier in their career, Catherine worked as a Broadcast Recruitment Consultant at PCR Digital and as an Education Recruitment Consultant at Randstad.

Catherine Falla obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated 3D Design, specializing in Interior Architecture & Design, from Arts University Bournemouth. Catherine attended this institution from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued an AVCE (GNVQ Equivalent) in Art and Design at Hertford Regional College.

In 2018, Catherine Falla enrolled at Birkbeck, University of London, where they completed the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management from 2018 to 2020.
