Suzy Jordan

Suzy Jordan has an extensive and diverse work experience spanning over many years. Suzy currently holds the position of Chief Client Officer at Medialab Group, where they have been working since 2019. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Growth and Director of Strategy at the same company. Suzy also worked at Bloom UK as a Mentor and Member from 2022 onwards.

Before joining Medialab Group, Suzy was the Client Managing Director at Carat UK from 2018 to 2019. Suzy has also held notable positions at Exterion Media, where they worked as the Marketing and Commercial Strategy Director from 2015 to 2017, and Mindshare, where they held various roles including Head of Client Leadership and Partner.

Earlier in their career, Suzy worked at Trinity Mirror Group PLC as the Head of Ad Planning, where they built an ad planning department from scratch. Suzy also has experience working at MediaCom, Initiative Media, Optimedia UK, and Ogilvy & Mather.

Throughout their career, Suzy has demonstrated expertise in client management, strategy development, business development, team leadership, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Suzy Jordan attended the University of Warwick from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in English & French. In 2001, they enrolled at The Open University and completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology in 2007. Later on, from 2013 to 2018, Suzy pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The Open University.
