David Vandael

David Vandael is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in management and operations. Currently serving as a Store Manager at Delhaize Belgium since June 2017, David is instrumental in the development and commercial performance of the store following an intensive 12-month training program. Previously held positions include Future Store Manager at Delhaize, Store Manager at Bershka, and Coach at Nike ELC, where David honed skills in team motivation, performance evaluation, and inventory management. Other notable experience includes serving as Floor Manager/Store Manager at C&A and Commercial Sales Manager at Varey BVBA. David holds a degree in Communication Management from Hogeschool Limburg and has a solid educational foundation in trade from Don Bosco College.
