Daniele Solitano

Daniele Solitano is currently the Department Manager for Global Customer Care at MediaMarktSaturn, overseeing vendor management, strategy, processes, training, quality assurance, forecasting, and reporting since April 2023. In this role, Daniele leads the global vendor management team, collaborates with local teams to align business partners with company strategies, and fosters a customer-oriented culture focused on satisfaction and retention. Prior to this, Daniele held the position of Head of Vendor Management at Sky Deutschland GmbH from July 2015 to April 2023, managing vendor relationships, performance metrics, and stakeholder engagements. Daniele's earlier experience includes roles at educom, where management of site operations and revenue partnerships were key responsibilities. Educationally, Daniele earned a Bachelor's degree in English and Spanish studies from Sapienza Università di Roma between October 2006 and March 2011.
