Maxime Pflüger

Maxime Pflüger is currently serving as the Department Manager for Sales & Operations Planning at MediaMarktSaturn since November 2025. Previously, Maxime held multiple roles at Emma – The Sleep Company from January 2021 to October 2025, culminating in the position of Senior Team Lead for Sales & Operations Planning, overseeing demand and supply planning teams across Europe. During this tenure, Maxime established the lifecycle planning team and led global inventory planning efforts. Additional experiences include serving as Senior Planning Project Manager, where Maxime directed the end-to-end supply chain for the Black Friday campaign and initiated Emma's S&OP process, and as Operations Management Trainee, achieving significant cost savings through negotiations. Maxime's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Engineering from Louvain School of Management and Engineering/Industrial Management from Instituto Superior Técnico, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain.
