Dayron Torres

Dayron Torres has a strong background in IT and building management systems. Dayron has worked as the Director of IT & Building Management Systems at Mediapro U.S. since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the IT Manager at the same company from January 2019 to January 2023, where they were responsible for operational and management tasks and provided overall coordination and direction to the IT and network operations staff. Dayron also worked as the IT Service Desk Supervisor at Mediapro U.S. from November 2016 to January 2019. Dayron Torres obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Instituto Superior Politécnico José Antonio Echeverría, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In 2010, they enrolled at the Cuban French Alliance (Alliance Française de Cuba) and completed their studies in French Language, obtaining a DELF B1 certification in 2014. In October 2017, Dayron obtained a certification in ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
